Hey! What’s up?
How’s your weekend going?
I see many discussions about differences between PMs and POs, which is pointless. Such talks don’t help us move the needle.
What matters is end-to-end responsibility.
In short, Product Owner is a role, and Product Manager is a job. The PO role is best filled by an experienced PM.
You don’t need PM and PO together. You do need end-to-end responsibility.
Here’s the tricky. Limiting POs to delivery is counterproductive.
Shall we break free from this madness?
I’ve got something for you!
Two years ago, I created my course Product Owner Beyond Scrum to help POs learn what it takes to thrive that Scrum doesn’t tell you. I ran five editions with dozens of students. Now, I’m opening up the sixth round. Join me to rock the product world!
The sessions are live-streamed, and you will have access to the recordings afterward.
We will run the sessions from March 19 until April 2. I’m offering a 30% discount for the early birds until the end of January. Grab your seat!
Early bird voucher 30% valid until the end of January: EARLYBIRDSPECIALPODP.
