Creating Value

Agile isn’t new anymore. Most teams in the world work with Scrum, or at least they think so. The point isn’t focusing on getting Scrum right but on figuring out how to create value faster.

You won’t find a silver bullet process that guarantees value creation, but I can share with you what has helped me.

After hitting the wall several times, I figured out how to create value that has worked across industries and countries.

My approach isn’t to give you a beautiful process to follow but to show you a journey. And then encourage you to take the driver’s seat to discover what helps you on your scenario.

I’m passionate about product management and even more passionate about untrapping product teams. That’s why I’m running a third group for my Product Owner Beyond Scrum workshop.
